Overview

While at Züs, I led the redesign of the Vult app — a Dropbox-style file storage app. Vult is the entry point for everyday consumers to interact with the Züs platform, making it an important product for Züs.

Objective

Working with two other visual designers, we benchmarked the top storage apps and other crypto apps. The biggest hurdle in shaping the interaction design was integrating complex crypto wallet features for a largely "non-crypto" target user base, while avoiding the friction that's prevalent in the wallet UX of other crypto apps.

Outcome

The end result was a modern and accessible mobile and desktop app. The final product, which is available for live testing, became the foundation for a unified design system, influencing the branding and style of six other products within Züs.
